Heimdall
Heimdall is the central server for the Allsky Bolide Detection Project—a network of Raspberry Pi-based devices designed to capture and analyze night sky videos in hopes of detecting bolides.
Heimdall is one of two core components in the Allsky Bolide Detection Project. The other component is Icarus, a software package deployed on each distributed node. Icarus handles data collection and communicates directly with Heimdall to transmit video footage and receive remote commands. For further information, refer to the Icarus documentation.
